Membership

Anyone desiring membership must confess faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, demonstrate the fruit of repentance in his or her life, be baptized by immersion, subscribe to the membership covenant, and support the confession of faith.

Any applicant for church membership must attend membership classes which are held periodically. At the conclusion of the classes the applicant will submit an application to the elders. The elders will interview each applicant with regard to personal confession of faith, evidence of faith, commitment to spiritual growth, baptism by immersion, and agreement with the principles, practices and doctrines of this church. The elders will review the applicant’s eligibility for membership and upon unanimous approval will recommend the applicant for membership.
